We have two convenient locations: our original store in Mitcham (opened April 2024) and our second store in Carrum Downs (opened April 2025).

All of our machines accept traditional cash/coins as well as contactless credit/debit cards and smartphone mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay).

At Mitcham, we offer 10 washers across 5 sizes (up to 6 baskets) and 14 dryers across 2 sizes. At Carrum Downs, we feature 8 washers in 3 sizes (up to 4 baskets) and 14 dryers across 2 sizes.

Not at all! You can tap your card or phone directly at the machines. If you prefer using cash, we have an on-site change machine that converts $5, $10, and $20 notes into $1 coins.

Yes, at our Mitcham store! We feature one clearly labelled washer and one dedicated dryer strictly designated for pet blankets to ensure hygiene for all other loads.

Yes, both locations feature a cash-only soap vending machine offering soap packs for $2 each. One pack provides enough detergent for two full washes.

No, you will need to add your own liquid or powder detergent into the designated machine dispensers before starting your cycle.

Most wash cycles take approximately 30 minutes, while our express gas dryers usually take 25–30 minutes depending on load size and fabric weight—getting you in and out in under an hour!

Yes, both our Mitcham and Carrum Downs facilities are well-lit, located in safe neighbourhoods, and monitored around the clock by 24/7 CCTV cameras for your security.

We are a local team and are only a phone call away! You can reach out to our customer service line at any time, and we will happily assist and guide you.

Yes, our laundries are open everyday.

Yes, you can come to the laundry for drying only.

In case of any issue with the card payment / bubble payment- there is a number on the pay machine to call.

In case you have paid for the wrong machine, you can call me and I can check your payment on the app and can start the correct machine for you.

Yes, you can always open the dryer to check your laundry. Once the door is closed again, the dryer will continue.

If you have paid with coins, check if you paid the correct amount is money

If paid by card, give me a call and I will solve it via the app.

Ensure the machine is only ¾ full and try to sort your laundry by similar fabric.

You can, but ensure to be back in time for the next customer to use the machines. Any load left unattended and in the machines for more than 20 min can be taken out by the next customer.

Leaving washing basket unattended is on your own risk.

There is a green button on the wall which will open the door in Mitcham laundry.

There is a white button next to the door in Carrum Downs which will open the blinds.

Yes, every washing machine different washing cycle options and every dryer have different heat portions (cold/warm/hot).
